BENJAMIN R NITSCHKE is a writer, IT professional, husband, father and dreamer.
Benjamin's writing forte is in Science Fiction interwoven heavily with Fantasy themes. He subscribes to the popular notion that truly advanced societies appear magical as often as alien to lesser developed people. He has worked for over fifteen years at high-tech computer companies building computer software. Most recently he has published his first book, Advent Dragon: Venus Rising, with the sequel on its way.
Passions include reading, science, video games, history, movies and computer technology. In his first book series, Advent Dragon, he leverages many of the stories his mother told to him as a child about the fabled Atlantis. In these stories, she tells of a great war between space-faring ancients who went on to become the base of our mythology and religion. Coupling these concepts with modern science, Benjamin brings to life an End of Days tale connecting biblical beliefs with secular thinking.
